Restaurant, bar and fitness space on site, with breakfast included every morning. Being next to the RAI means expo pickup and race morning logistics are a short walk, not a commute.
BOOKINGS, CANCELLATION AND INSURANCE
- Bookings: entry confirmed once payment is made and the booking form is completed
- Cancellations: as per event regulations, registration fees (BIBs) are non-refundable. The hotel cancellation fee is 100% of the total amount from the moment of booking. Should you cancel for any reason, you will forfeit your trip investment.
- Insurance: travel insurance is highly recommended for all participants and is already included in this package for your protection. However, no representation or description of the insurance made by our staff constitutes a binding assurance or promise about the insurance.
- Payment: for payments in euros via Wise, a discount of €50.00 per person applies
- Suggested schedule: Saturday, Oct 17: 5k Shakeout Run (21k/42k athletes) and 7.5k Race. Sunday, Oct 18: Full Marathon (morning) and Half Marathon (afternoon).
