Race Time: Marathon start time: 5:30 AM – Sunday
Course: The marathon course follows Rio de Janeiro’s spectacular coastline, offering ocean views from start to finish. Runners experience a mostly flat route through iconic neighborhoods, with the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the city’s natural landscape on the other.
The half marathon starts in Leblon and passes through Rio’s most famous beaches, including Leblon, Ipanema, Copacabana, Botafogo, and Flamengo.
Weather Conditions: June marks late fall and early winter in Rio de Janeiro.
Average race-day temperature: 70°F (21°C)
Evening temperatures may drop to 68°F (18°C)
Eligibility:
• Marathon: minimum age 21 years
• Half Marathon: minimum age 18 years
Time Limit:
• Marathon: 6 hours
• Half Marathon: 3 hours
• 10K: 90 minutes

Rates: Land-only package prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, hotel availability, or adjustments in local taxes and fees.
Reservations and Payments: A completed booking form and a USD $250 deposit per person are required to confirm your reservation. Final payment deadlines will be communicated at the time of booking.
Cancellations: All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
In case of cancellation for any reason, the full amount paid will be forfeited. For this reason, travel insurance is strongly recommended. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
